The starting point for any process engineering exercise is to have a good understanding of the current process. In many cases there are no accurate descriptions – either they do not exist at all or they are out of date and don’t reflect what actually happens in practice. We make sure that we capture what people do, rather than what they think they should do.
Typical Activities
Customer Service Health Check – our client had recently merged two customer service operations to form one central customer service and distribution centre in central Europe. Following a health check, SkillSet put together an action plan to improve the integration of the two centres and improve ways of working to enable the client to move to standard processes.
