SkillSet Customer Case Studies

SAP Services:

SAP Implementation Health Check – our client’s global accounting centre was replacing their SUN accounting system with SAP.  Following an initial Health Check, SkillSet planned, developed and implemented a training and support programme. 

APO Implementation Support – our client was implementing APO within their French operations.  Following an initial analysis and planning health check, SkillSet provided support to UAT, training delivery and support in local language.

Outsource SAP training and Support – our client implemented SAP some time ago, but found that people were not making the most effective or efficient use of the functionality.  Following an initial consultancy engagement, SkillSet were asked to take responsibility for all training SAP training planning, development and delivery to the UK operations.

SAP Training Management and Delivery – our client has two large customer service centres running SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse.  SkillSet provide training management and delivery services ensuring that staff are aware of training opportunities, managing the curriculum and ensuring quality of delivery and support.

SAP Business Warehouse Blended Training – our client was implementing SAP Business Warehouse throughout there European Operations.  SkillSet were selected to partner with the client and run the engagement and communication work stream.  We designed, developed and delivered a blended training solution using Adobe Captivate.

Customer Service Health Check – our client had recently merged two customer service operations to form one central customer service and distribution centre in central Europe.  Following a health check, SkillSet put together an action plan to improve the integration of the two centres and improve ways of working to enable the client to move to standard processes.

 

Training Services:

Divestment Training - Our client had prepared a revised business model and associated processes prior to divestment of part of its petrochemical business.  SkillSet was engaged to develop and deliver training material to explain the changes to over 500 end users in a variety of roles from customer service to warehouse managers in 10 countries in 5 European languages.

Customer Service blended training – our client recruited 250 new graduates to staff a new pan-European B2B customer service centre.  SkillSet recommended, and then implemented a blended solution comprising a mix of process training, OnDemand simulations and hands-on exercises in SAP.

SharePoint Training – our client had implemented SharePoint, but was uncertain about how to use it to deliver business benefit.  SkillSet was engaged to undertake an analysis and make recommendations on how best to use SharePoint.  We then ensured that the internal team had the necessary skills to customise, administer and use SharePoint.

Talent Acquisition blended training – our client was implementing a new Talent Acquisition Solution based on Kenexa’s KRB solution.  SkillSet were selected to design, develop and deliver training, job aids and process documentation.  Using OnDemand SkillSet delivered the project to time and budget, subsequently winning the contract for the rollout training.
