Time Warner upgraded their installation of PeopleSoft’s HR application to improve their HR function’s self-service capabilities through PeopleSoft’s eProfile, eBenefits and ePay/Compensation offerings.
OnDemand Personal navigator was used to develop training materials for 460 HR users on the PeopleSoft functionality. OnDemand was also used to create materials for the employee self-service rollout to 30,000 end users.
