We will then design, develop and implement a user-focused system training programme. Our consultants will with you to assess knowledge uptake amongst users and ensure sustainable training materials are available.

• We planned, developed and implemented a training and support programme to ensure users within our client’s global accounting centre were properly training to use SAP.
• To support our client’s European business service centre, we provided comprehensive, user-focused Siebel training in a number of different languages.
• We ensured our client’s internal team had the necessary skills, confidence and knowledge to customise, administrate and use Microsoft SharePoint to deliver business benefit.
• We work with a food and support service provider to design and deliver eLearning materials to help staff maximise their use of bespoke recruitment and procurement systems.
