Find out how we helped Carewatch, a UK supplier of domiciliary care, to reduce its IT support costs by over 70%. We designed and developed a range of eLearning modules to help Carewatch maximise its use of its rostering application. - Promoting compliance using eLearning at Tesco (PDF)
We worked with Tesco, one of the world's largest retailers, to develop eLearning materials to deliver compliance training to thousands of staff across the globe. The eLearning materials are being used by Tesco to train staff across quickly, consistently and cost-effectively. We used innovative techniques to ensure that the eLearning was fun and interactive, helping Tesco to improve knowledge retention among staff and reduce the costly risk of non-compliance. - Business service centre transformation (PDF)
We work with one of the world's largest companies, designing, developing and delivering a blended training programme for a pan-European business service centre. We have successfully documented over 300 business processes across 12 business functions. Each process was then delivered in multiple languages to support the client's operations. Our client had implemented a resource management solution to enable it to effectively manage all internal and external recruitment activity. Without an effective training programme, the client realised that it would not achieve the optimum return on investment or be able to use the system to its full advantage. Our client had implemented an eRecruitment system to consolidate vacancies into a single system. SkillSet conducted a training needs analysis to identify training and development needs across the organisation. We then identified the skills and knowledge required to use the system effectively. To improve its graduate recruitment processes, our client took the decision to standardise its approach to sourcing, selection and onboarding.
