The design, development and hosting of the iNorthumberland Business Support Portal.
This involved the design, implementation and configuration of the Moodle LMS portal. The work included configuration of the initial business diagnostic, the automatic allocation of users into groups based on their responses, the configuration of customised reporting to recognise time spent learning, and the implementation of integration with the Salesforce CRM system.
SkillSet created an online training programme consisting of a series of modules delivering 12 hours of online business support. The eLearning was developed within a strict Storyline 2 template and had to be accessible on a wide range of desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices. The content is hosted in a custom moodle portal developed by SkillSet.
