SkillSet is committed to providing great customer satisfaction. We work hard to nurture our customer relationships and this shines through in our 2024 survey. Respondents commented on how helpful the SkillSet project team has been, stating they are always friendly, responsive, and flexible.

In terms of overall satisfaction, SkillSet scored an average of 9.4 out of 10 – even higher than the great score achieved in the 2023 survey. All respondents said they would recommend SkillSet to a friend or colleague. We’d be very happy to ask any of the respondents to talk to prospective clients: please get in touch if you are interested in this.

Sarah Kemp, Peppermint Technology:

“The team we work with makes our lives better and please thank them for that.”

Rory Van Niekerk, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust - LGT Clinical Academy:

Great service has been provided, and we look forward to continuing to work together.”

Ian Shanahan, YGAM:

“A pleasure to work with Jemma and the wider team who have been incredibly supportive and gone the extra mile to help us achieve our goals.”

Jamie Mackay, Enterprise M3:

“We are proud to be able to work with SkillSet – not only are they local (which is important) but they listen to what we are looking to deliver and provide innovative solutions at a very reasonable cost. We look forward to this partnership continuing.”

Every year SkillSet selects a charity to receive a £10 donation for every completed survey. This year The Proper Blokes Club was nominated by one of our directors, John Rozek, who regularly joins the club’s walks. The Proper Blokes Club is a fantastic charity. It gives men the opportunity to walk and talk, making sure no one is alone in their struggles. We are proud to be supporting this cause.
