Off-The-Shelf eLearning

tailored to suit your business

Tailored off-the-shelf learning: isn’t that an oxymoron? At SkillSet we know that all businesses are different, so we work hard to give you a perfect off-the-shelf fit.

Off-the-shelf content is pre-prepared and organisations simply pick the course or courses they feel best fit their requirements.

With off-the-shelf content you usually get no input into the course as it is ready-made to be used instantly. This type of content offers very limited flexibility in terms of content presentation.

Here at SkillSet, we prefer to work with you to take a standard course and tailor it to fit your business. This could be adding scenarios, including organisation specific information and branding. This offers you greater flexibility and lets your users relate to the content more.

SkillSet has a vast catalogue of courses

We have a wide range of content available. This content can be branded to include your organisation’s logo and colour scheme.

We can also include scenarios that are specific to your organisation. This helps to put the learning into a context that the user will understand and make it applicable to their individual role. This, in turn, helps them to absorb and retain the learning much more than if it was just generic content, with no specific scenarios or examples.

SkillSet can tailor as much or, as little, as needed to meet your business’s learning objectives.
