Visual Design

In the visual design stage of our process, we align the training content with your organisation’s branding. This establishes consistency across all learning materials as well as creating a recognisable and engaging interface that is both on-brand and easy to use.

Content Design

Our designers work closely with subject matter experts. They can use any current documentation you may have to create bespoke training content. We make sure the content is engaging and relevant to your organisation.

Our designers use a mix of voice-overs, avatars, and videos to help present information in a fun, and interactive way.

Assessments

Assessments are valuable learning and retention tools. The more opportunities your learners have to apply their newly acquired knowledge, the greater the retention.

We can incorporate tailored assessment elements directly into your training material. These elements can be strategically integrated throughout the learning experience or consolidated into a comprehensive quiz at the end.

Quiz questions can be randomised using a question bank. This ensures that different learners, as well as those retaking the quiz, encounter different of questions, contributing to a more dynamic and personalised learning experience.

LANDEX

Landex had a wealth of pdf content that was valuable but underutilised due to its traditional format. The challenge was to transform this content into dynamic eLearning modules that would enhance learner engagement, improve knowledge retention, and be easily accessible across multiple devices.

SkillSet collaborated closely with Landex’s subject matter experts to understand the intricacies of the content. Using Articulate Storyline, we transformed the static PDFs into interactive modules that included multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and simulations. These enhancements made the learning process more engaging and effective.
