Any attribute recorded in the database can be tracked and monitored, including roles, grades, departments etc. Furthermore, sensitive personal data can be included but GDPR requirements will need to be observed.

WELSH GOVERNMENT

SkillSet developed, implemented and continues to maintain and enhance the BOSS (Business Online Support Service) portal and eLearning content.
